im currently talking to a guy bout buying one of his mark 2 or 3 Sprites, both need to have engines replaced. i was wondering which would be better, a 6(straight 6, V6, 6 cylinder) wich would be more practical, but would it still fast enough to push the 1300 pound car to at least 150 mph, knowing full well that the defiantly pull this car to 150(if done right) but will it still be practical enough to keep this a street car. i want to use this as a daily driver and a weekend drag car(just for fun). i want to use either a europen/american engine. any ideas what to do and what engines would be best(name of engine and car that orignially used it). I am 17 almost 18 years old, and I am 6 foot 4 to 5 inches tall. I already have a 1975 MGB convertible, which i fit in (just barely, with the seat all the way back) I want to find another car for the future, you know something to aim to get. but the problem is i don't know what would be ruled out just because i am too tall...
