About 5 months ago my boyfriends car broke down and the shift broke. i guess a shifter cable bushing needed to be replaced. thats what they said at Midas. they wouldnt tell us exactly, i think because the part was very cheap online but if they ordered it, it would cost more. so after the part and labor, it came to almost $400.

now, it happened again. the car is only used for work and errands and we live very close to those places and is taken care of. they said because this just happened a couple months ago. we dont have to pay for the part. (he said it would only cost a few dollars anyway?) we would only have to pay for labor
"which isnt that much at all!" so we thought great! lets get it fixed again.

I got a call that it was done and we owe about $250!!! for labor?!?! they said it was an easy fix! thats a lot for labor! especially because this JUST HAPPENED!!! is there anything i can do about this? we have a baby and just cant afford to be wasting our money because these guys are idiots. we will never go back to them.

its a dodge neon 98. under 100,000 miles if u need to know.

The passenger side window has quit rolling down (from either control the drivers side or passenger), has anyone else encountered this and is there a "quick" fix?

I changed the u joints both front and rear on the drive shaft ( not 4wd drive shaft ) just the rear. Now when I drive it has a whining noise.. similar to the whining on a suped up 69 bel air with a blower and performance cam. you know that kind of whining..... It was not there before, or at least I didn't notice it

I ride a gorgeous 10 y/o chestnut Karabahk stallion. I'm struggling with him and was hoping someone with experience with stubborn stallions could help. I listed his vices and my struggles 1-8 so if you could advise on any please do thx!

1. He pops his inside shoulder out and moves to the side while fussing with his head and not listening

2. He won't walk after I mount (I nudge, then kick, then kick harder, and usually have to kick and smack him with a crop just to get him to walk)

3. His trot gets really lazy (No amount of leg seems to perk him up)

4. He shakes his head and slows down when I try to circle him

5. He dodges around jumps at the last minute

6. He stops directly after a jump

7. When I ask for a canter he shoots out and goes super fast and out of control

8. When a mare's around he rears and can be pretty feisty (no duh)

I love him but he's a real fighter. Any advice is welcome thanks!
I know I'm not a great rider. But he's also not my horse. he belongs to my instructor type friend (live in Azerbaijan 3rd world country they don't exactly have riding lesson stables) And I'm not a horrible rider because in the US I'm fine on all the school horses. And I ride her other 4 horses easily. It's just him. And no, she won't geld him (it's dangerous here and she breeds him) I'll try and be more firm but he's not in pain because a vets seen him and he's fine.

1995 dodge 2500, 5.9L Cummings diesel.
I need the DRB scan tool to diagnose the power train control module, but cant find one of those. I was wondering if this would run a diagnostic on the PCM, and tell me if if it is working correctly. I dont want just a code scanner.
It appears snap on will only discuss the product with me, after I buy it.

I have never bought anything from snap on. I buy Sears Craftsman. If I was buying off the truck, I would just ask him if it would work on my truck.
I dont care about a color screen or checking my email, and no, I have not worked on any other vehicles.
If you do not like this product, just saying what product would work better, would have been helpful.
