I bought for my 2 years old boy and one small piece had been broken within 2 weeks. And my son seems not to be interested on it after a few days' play. I seldom regret so much.
Yet the difficulty of opening the truck is a good design. This make sure that my brutal son plays the inner part only with the permission of an adult. Thus, the risk of damaging the components is somewhat lowered.

I purchased this play set for my four year-old grandson for Christmas.Cars is his favorite movie. He loves this playset! It has provided many hours of enjoyment for him already. It's a big hit.

The items does not have to much for my son to play with. You need to have McQueen in your stack of cars first before considering the item. The truck looks good, that is all. He plays little with it, since it does nothing.

My grandson, aged 2 1/2, has a huge selection of toys but the Mack truck has been his 'best friend' (his words) and favorite toy for over three months. He plays with every day. He loves the movie Cars. The larger Mack looks like it's made with cheap plastic. He has this small one.
